Told me they wash the car the front and the sides the back of the car was never even touched for a $300 oil change I at least expected a clean car I will not be returning heard they were better than everyone in the DFW area. So I drove 20 miles out of my way to go there. Made me look like an idiot in front of my wife and it’s her car definitely not going back. And I’m sure no one will read this and get back to me More

They handled all the repairs with the insurance company leaving my only task being to pick up my car when the repairs were completed. More

I waited more than two and a half months for it Dirty slimy business practices. I ordered a 2020 GLE from Mercedes Benz of Plano - a Ewing dealership. I waited more than two and a half months for it to arrive. after multiple delays. In my written purchase price; the monthly lease payment was $641. The dealer called a couple days before I was scheduled to pick it up to cancel it and offered no explanation whatsoever. I asked to have the Sales Manager and General Manager call me. Neither did. After waiting patiently all day I called again. The Sales Manager rudely said there were not going to lose money. That's how they speak with customers. I asked if he had spoken to the General Manager and show him my written agreement. He told me me this is what the General Manager said. I found this hard to believe. I called the General Manager and asked him to call me. When I spoke with the General Manager he was cold and didn't apologize. I asked him to please look into the matter. He said he'd give me his best deal. The new monthly lease payment increased to $920. More than 10,000 than my written agreement. They offered no explanation of why the bait and switch occurred and who mad the gross error. This is how they treat a repeat customer with perfect credit and payment history. Horrible customer service from the Mercedes Benz of Plano management team. I do not recommend doing business with with this shady Ewing dealership unless you enjoy getting ripped off. More

Car was ready and sitting but she did not come to inform until I have to go to check out lady to find out. Even after service the mileage was not set for next service,. Brake light not working display was still showing even after they diagnosed it. Poor service advisor service. More
I was given the costs of maintenance up front. I took my car in for scheduled maintenance. Chuck went over the services to be performed before I left.
