This is my troubling experience with the service department: 6/13: Brought my car in for ROUTINE maintenance (no apparent or obvious issues). I was told I needed to replace the brake pads and control arm. $1868 to fix those issues. 6/17: Picked up my car from service. Had to return to the service department within minutes of driving off because the alignment was completely off and a "EPA Warning Sign" came on the dash. It was so bad I had to turn the wheel 45 degrees to the left just to drive the car straight. Dangerous, unsafe, and negligent on their part to release the car to me in that state. I spoke to the service manager Daniel Adams to voice my concerns, who then had the gall to tell me the alignment issue was somehow my fault because I should have known that fixing the control arm would affect the alignment. I was shocked at his unprofessional and callous response. Anyway, tack on another $250 for the alignment. 6/19: Picked up the car again from service. Driving home from the dealership, another warning sign shows up this time saying "Wheel Sensor Missing." I brought the car back in the following day and was then told the TPMS sensor had to be replaced. Tack on another $405 for the dealership to fix the sensor. 6/26 (today): Picked up the car from service. Driving home this time, yet another warning sign stating that the "Tire Pressure Monitor Inoperative." This is now the third time in the past couple weeks a glaring issue has popped up within minutes of driving off from the service department. I have spoken to both Daniel Adams (Service Manager) and Greg Jones (Customer Experience Manager), both who refuse to acknowledge the troubling service I have received. I brought in my car that was driving well with no obvious issues for ROUTINE maintenance and suddenly have a car that is apparently falling apart while it is in the possession of the dealership. For the past two weeks, this place has wasted my time and money. I'm not the "complaining" type, but this experience has been so shockingly bad that I am compelled to shed light to the public. Stay away. More

Terrible Sales Manager I told a sales rep that I wanted to move forward on a vehicle yesterday. I submitted an application for it yesterday afternoon. Today, I followed up w I told a sales rep that I wanted to move forward on a vehicle yesterday. I submitted an application for it yesterday afternoon. Today, I followed up with the rep and asked if he needed anything else from me. I didn't get a response, so I called to follow up to see if he needed anything else from me. I got his voicemail and it stated he was out of the office today. Then, I get a text a few hours later from him stating that another rep sold the car today. He stated that he had text me this morning to see if I wanted to put down a deposit. Oddly enough, I never received a text from him. I would have GLADLY put down a deposit had I received that text. I obviously wanted to move forward with the car - I had made that clear AND put in an application for it. So, they ran my credit only to sell the car that I was interested in the next day. I called up to the dealership and the manager called with excuse after excuse. He said "I know how it is to have your heart set on something. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't." Excuse me? It would have worked out had I received a text, call, email, etc. letting me know that the app was processed and now I needed to put down a deposit. He said they would try to "cover" or "shield" the car next time. I don't need the car "covered" or "shielded" I just need people to communicate to me what is needed and to do their job. I can see why this happened though. The manager is FULL of excuses and smart remarks when he should be apologizing for their lack of organization. I am not even as upset with the rep as I am w/ the manager. Ridiculous. More
