Requested for my service advisors Z or Chuck as I wasn’t happy with the initial guy who (greeter?) asked me what I came in for, suggested to just put air in it and go my merry way. I looked at him and wanted to repeat to him what I just said: to check my tire what was wrong with it as the pressure went down drastically while driving. Once with my service advisor Z, all went smoothly. Ended up a big nail stuck on side of the tire and needed new one. Lucky that they stock my tires. Z was able to provide a service car so I can go on with my day while they fix my car. Now that’s very good customer service to me. More

Wasted day. took my GLE in at 7amfor a problem with the outside temperature sensor. After calling several times in the morning, service tech called and left me took my GLE in at 7amfor a problem with the outside temperature sensor. After calling several times in the morning, service tech called and left me a message that the sensor had failed and needed replacing. New sensor would be in at 1pm. At 430 I called once again to inquire completion. Service rep said the new sensor was in and tech was finishing up... At 5pm I arrive at dealer, wait 30 minutes for the service rep to get off his phone. He says I'll get with tech and bring out the car..Well, 10 minutes later the rep says the problem is not the sensor but that a rodent ate through the sensor wire. I ask to look at the vehicle which is parked out on the lot. Yep looks like the wire is broken. I ask can you splice it back together before closing. response no you need to buy a new sensor and assembly harness, really what will that cost $300.00.. and you have to leave it for tomorrow.. I did not leave the car I drove off, next day took it to firestone. After one hour wire was weld splice together. Charge $150.00.. More

Mercedes Benz Plano MB of Plano is the best Mercedes service center in DFW. I have used MB of Dallas, but MB of Plano blows them away as far as dealership that understand MB of Plano is the best Mercedes service center in DFW. I have used MB of Dallas, but MB of Plano blows them away as far as dealership that understands customers needs and quality of repair work. Chad Bunton is also the best Mercedes Service representative in the entire country. Whenever I have a question or service issue, I can call his personal cell phone and have him explain what the repair time and average cost will be before I either have car dropped off or towed in. When I arrive at the dealership he normally has me in and out to a loaner car in less than 5 minutes. Also his service quotes are normally within 99% of the quote or estimate she provided when I dropped off the car. He also will take time to explain repairs need or recommended. She never tries to oversell me services I do not need.And unlike other brands who will not give you a service estimate until they have taken apart the car, I have never experienced this at MB Plano. They always provide intial quote and estimate for time of repair. The only reason I am buying another Mercedes is due to the service quality and staff at MB Plano. I highly recommend them to all my colleagues and friends.They are always 5 star service on my car and they way they treat customers. More
