Been having periodic fueling problems on my 2016 GLA 250. Every now and then, after a fill-up, the engine studders and jerks when pressing gas pedal. Engine light comes on. My local dealer has had it 4 times and says I can only use Chevron Techron. Seems to work but can’t always find a Chevron Station. Last time it studdered was on Shell vpower. Decided to take it to where I bought it, M-B of Plano. Great service, nice folks but couldn’t replicate the problem. No solution. I’ll just have to wait for the engine to seize up I guess and hope it’s still under warranty. More

A purchase of the 2020 GLE 350 The salesman was good, although did not introduce himself immediately until we asked his name. The price negotiations began way above the Manufacture The salesman was good, although did not introduce himself immediately until we asked his name. The price negotiations began way above the Manufacturer Suggested Retail price since the sticker was not on the vehicle, I guess. Our final negotiations resulted in a vehicle price just above the suggested MSRP. However, when at the finance office, my belief that the manufacturer warranty was built into the suggested MSRP was found to be incorrect and I paid $3,190 for "Mercedes-Benz Premier Prepaid Maintenance. So the upfront disclosure was not good and disappointing in a purchase of an very nice vehicle. My advice is to go to other dealers to make sure you know the suggested MSRP prior to any negotiations in a purchase with this dealer. On all vehicles on the lot and in the showroom at Mercedes-Benz of Plano, there are no stickers, so reliance on the salesman is necessary. I am now wondering how the maintenance department business practices are and am on my toes. This purchase is my first of a Mercedes, after driving Lexus vehicles for 25+ years. More

My service advisor Stephen takes good care of me. I can always reach him and he is good at calling me back. I leased 3 cars from the Plano dealership, but the last one I leased from Dallas.
