I purchased a 2011 Smart car from this dealership and within 2 weeks and only 700 miles I started having electrical trouble with the car. I was told I would have to wait 7 days for the part to come in to within 2 weeks and only 700 miles I started having electrical trouble with the car. I was told I would have to wait 7 days for the part to come in to replace the def part. I got the car back and on the way home the trouble came back. Call the dealership expressing my concerns about the vehicle I had just purchase and was told you own the car now not us. This is no way to take care of you customers. The car went back to the service center where they had to keep the car for 7 days to get to the bottom of the electrical problem. When calling and leaving messages for the sales manager, service manager, and the finance manager, I had to repeatedly call them back since they failed to return my calls. I only had one person at this dealership that would return my calls and that was my service adviser. Overall I wish I had never step foot in this dealership to buy my Smart car. I should have gone somewhere else like Beverly Hills. They say the belong to Auto-Nation but their customer service does not show it. I purchase 4 cars from Power Honda in Valencia which is an Auto-Nation dealership as well and was always treated like a friend and not just a customer. More
My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Mercedes Benz E550 from Mercedes Benz of Oxnard. Even though the desired car was not in stock, the entire sales team went way beyond the call of duty to locate th E550 from Mercedes Benz of Oxnard. Even though the desired car was not in stock, the entire sales team went way beyond the call of duty to locate the car. Then, they got the car there the next day for delivery. The experience was long, but worth it. They were wonderful. On the finance side, Brian did a great job. He showed me my options, and then allowed me time to make an informed decision on how to pay for my purchase. Thanks again for the great experience. We'll be back if in the market for another Mercedes! More
Bought a pre owned car from them abt a month back. The sales talk was pretty comfortable considering my other experiences. I made an appointment for my 2003 C230 Kompressor's Service A but ended up spending $2448.00 for extra repairs that were diagnosed after my extended service contract expired. It seems to me that most cars detriorate after five years of ownership and it is not just MBZ. I religiously made the necessary maintenance that was recommended by the manufacturer or every time the service reminder signs goes off in my dash board but the discrepancies were not discoverd at those times I was at the dealership service stations. Your employees were great in explaining what have to be done to my car. More
Nice overall buying experience. We tried other dealerships and eventually came back to Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard for the purchase of a Smart Car. Eder and his manager were flexible and Brian the fin dealerships and eventually came back to Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard for the purchase of a Smart Car. Eder and his manager were flexible and Brian the finance guy was friendly and helpful. Also, my wife and I found out that this is a dog friendly dealership. I am certain to return there for, if nothing else, the free car washes they offered me. More
I have been serving on active duty in the military for the past 26 years and have experience with multiple dealerships both in and out of the continental U.S. I can unequivocally say that the service de the past 26 years and have experience with multiple dealerships both in and out of the continental U.S. I can unequivocally say that the service department and particularly my Service Advisor Mr. Angel Duran deserves special recognition for all that that they have done for me and my family. We had recently purchased an extended warranty for our vehicle and as a result of a typographical error the vehicle had been devalued, essentially limiting the amount of service that was to be covered. After discovering this discrepancy during a recent service visit, Mr. Duran took it upon himself to deal directly with the warranty company to correct this administrative error. As a result of Mr. Duran's hours of perseverance the warranty company corrected the error and covered the claim, saving my family thousands of dollars. We are in the process of moving to a nearby city that has a Mercedes Dealer but as a direct result of Mr. Duran's actions I will most certainly be traveling the extra distance to bringing our vehicle to the Mercedes Oxnard dealership for service. Additionally I have and will continue to recommend the Service Department to anyone I find in need of mercedes service. More

John Berka who works in the replacement parts I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Oxnard as your "One-Stop-Shop" for Factory Replacement parts! John Berka who works in the parts department has all of the attributes of a factory trained parts professional. He is fast courteous and most of all gets you the right parts that you need the First Time! I have dealt with many other parts personnel over the years at many other dealers but none have been able to match his sincere concern for acquiring the proper detailed information necessary for getting the proper replacement parts for my particular application. I would also like to give due phrase to Vanessa who works as the receptionist / cashier. She has a wonderful friendly cheerful truly helpful personality and is likewise fast and efficient as well. I usually do not take the time to remember the names of cashiers at car dealerships but my standard bad habit ends here with Vanessa. She has a way of making you as a customer feel very special indeed! She always takes the time to acknowledge me by saying hello to me by name when ever I enter the parts and service area which is truly unusual in this fast paced day and age. Cashiers at dealerships can often times get over looked as very important attributes to a car dealership but they are often times the First and ( or ) Last person that the customer comes in contact with at the dealership that is why I am taking the time to recognize her and her professional importance to this dealership team. I went to MB just to look at the C-Class MB as I have never owned one before. After being shown a few, I decided on an E-Class. Jay was a nice salesperson however, the sales manager, Mark, did the deal-m never owned one before. After being shown a few, I decided on an E-Class. Jay was a nice salesperson however, the sales manager, Mark, did the deal-making. they were both very nice to work with. Eventually we all came to a mutually agreed upong price we were happy with. The finance person, Brian, was very friendly and knowledgeable to work with. He made the paperwork part of the process seamless.Thanks to everyone at MB of Oxnard for making this happen. More
