I read all the negative reviews of Mercedes Benz of Oxnard and thought I would write a positive one. We purchased our Sprinter about 2 years ago and worked with Javier and Gerard. They were nice sale Oxnard and thought I would write a positive one. We purchased our Sprinter about 2 years ago and worked with Javier and Gerard. They were nice salesmen and seemed fair. It was 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic and we were looking at any dealer that had a van or could get the van we wanted. At that time the supply was very limited and Gerard gave us a call and said he had one coming in that met our specifications. We paid full MRPS and we were happy with that because of the lack of inventory. We have brought our van in twice for service. Once for a couple of recall items and just recently for our 2 year service. Barry and Zeev in the service department were great. We have had not had any proplems or issues with our Sprinter and it has been an awesome vehicle so far. I would recommend Mercedes of Oxnard because from my experience everyone I have been involved with there has been professional and courteous. Service is not cheap for these sprinters but I believe the work Oxnard dealership does is excellent. More
Please avoid this place at all costs. Or it will cost you lots of time. If they break something while they are working on your car they will deny it. Even if it’s very obvious it doesn’t Or it will cost you lots of time. If they break something while they are working on your car they will deny it. Even if it’s very obvious it doesn’t matter because they will lie about it. This happened when I had a windshield repaired and they damaged the headliner on the interior. They said it’s impossible for this to happen because they do it from the outside. I think they are in denial because it did occur. When somebody lies to you they usually try and flip it and make it sound like you are the liar. That makes it worse. When I brought it in to fix the headliner and do other work, another new sound from my axle started after I brought it in. They could not figure out the problem after having it in their possession for a week. So, my attorney advised me to get the car from them before next step. I am getting the problem fixed at another shop and they will document the problem for my attorney. If you’re reading this do not go to this shop they are a disaster. More
Well I wish I read the reviews about Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard before I bought two Mercedes-Benz cars and brought my daughter to buy a third one I brought my car in for a service that's never been seen by Oxnard before I bought two Mercedes-Benz cars and brought my daughter to buy a third one I brought my car in for a service that's never been seen by anybody else but Mercedes-Benz when they washed my car whoever was using the pressure washer got too close to the bumper and peeled the paint right off the car then they tried to hide it from me like I wouldn't notice this was a 1 inch wide 6 inch long paint removed area this was the fourth service I've gotten for this particular car and every other time they pulled the car right up next to me this time they backed the car up to me I believe so I didn't see the paint that was removed from my bumper I came home and then went to the store about an hour later when I approached my car I immediately noticed the paint removed from the bumper I called the dealership right away this was over the holiday weekend of July 4th and at the end of the day so they asked me to bring the car back on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. they started to deny and back pedal of how they didn't do this or didn't know if they did this and I called xxxxxxxx they knew what they did they just didn't want a cop to it they didn't want to fix it and I got upset dropped a few f-bombs and left all I was asking was to be made whole and to paint the bottom of the bumper so after buying three Mercedes-Benz from them come to find out that they're not very honest they have no integrity and do not stand behind their product or the work that they do I will never buy a Mercedes-Benz from these people ever again maybe I'll just get a BMW More
To whom this may concern: I have been a Mercedes owner for 5 years . This is my second vehicle . I had my vehicle burglarized and the rear passenger window was how the acclaent gained access. The alarm di for 5 years . This is my second vehicle . I had my vehicle burglarized and the rear passenger window was how the acclaent gained access. The alarm did not sound when my window was busted ? I’m uncertain as to why. Furthermore concierge was not available to assist me. I was informed by my car insurance agent that my vehicle was ready. No communication from Mercedes themselves. Upon to pick up the vehicle it was infact NOT ready for pick up. Adhesive gupped on the weather strip and all over my passenger door along with the rear passenger door panel. I have many photos to show. To add I was erroneously charged $100+ dollars for gas when my car was a quarter of the way full? 🤔 hmmm In addition the vehicle was filthy and brown film was all over my driver and passenger door. Keep in mind my GLE is jet black. I was routed to Javier Bernal who advised the vehicle should have been better inspected and the visible brown film would be corrected . Keep in mind there were zero issues to the vehicle cosmetically prior to dropping it off. I was informed about detail had been complete and I can come pick up my vehicle . I paid $50 for a ride to Mercedes’ dealership as my insurance agency was not aware of the issue and my rental time alotted had been up. When picking up my vehicle unprofessional Zeev Goldshmit was routed my way and agreed about 1. The detail wasn’t subpar 2. The weather strip was infact a brown color vs black . He the stated there’s nothing I can do about this! And walked away. Whenever is this behavior okay? He seemed pressed for time and treated me as if I was inconveniencing him. He got aggressive when he was asked for his name and the repair POC. The driver passenger window Weather strip was NOT brown prior to the drop off I’d like to have Mercedes Coorperate contact me with a resolution S. Colvin. I’m being charged for a service that I did not fully receive to add damages were done to my vehicle in result of a window repair This is my formal complaint and I would appreciate a response to correct this gross matter HELP Unsatisfactory Service Unsatisfied Customer More
I posted this on Yelp a couple of weeks ago; CAR SHOPPERS BEWARE; like some of the other posters, they tried to add the bogus "Zurich paint protection" nonsense to the tune of $800. I refused and SHOPPERS BEWARE; like some of the other posters, they tried to add the bogus "Zurich paint protection" nonsense to the tune of $800. I refused and of course did not buy a car there. Be careful, make sure you talk "out the door" price as soon as you can because they'll try to stick in some BS at the end. More
Worst buying experience I’ve ever had purchasing a Mercedes Benz. I’ve been driving MB’s since 1984. Found this vehicle on Auto Trader with 38k miles, CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) car. Made a deal Mercedes Benz. I’ve been driving MB’s since 1984. Found this vehicle on Auto Trader with 38k miles, CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) car. Made a deal with the salesmen, asked for a contract and they added $799 for an interior protectant that I didn’t approve. Went up and down the line and was finally told that it was already on the car, which was a lie. Liking the car, I had the car shipped to KS, where I found that the console was scratched so bad I had to replace it at $400. Huge gouge in the rear back seat and both front seats were scratched so bad I had to replace the leather in both. Bottom line is that I spent $3,000 to get the car presentable. The standard canned “We take pride in our vehicles and are sorry you had a bad experience,” is total BS. Do some research and you’ll find dozens of issues like mine. These guys are unscrupulous and dishonest. Stay away and save yourself some grief and aggravation! More
The worst experience that I ever had. I made a deal on the used Benz but on the documents they tried to push 999 dollars for Zurich paint warranty. I refused to buy it however they told m I made a deal on the used Benz but on the documents they tried to push 999 dollars for Zurich paint warranty. I refused to buy it however they told me that it’s not optional, where’s on the paper it’s clearly stated that it’s optional. The manager named Andy told me unless I agree to buy the paint protection he has no car for me. Totally illegal, all the members of the dealership including the general manager are crooks. Do not buy anything from them, they don’t deserve to be in business. More
After spending almost 4 hours at the dealership they included in the contracts a $999 paint protection nonsense and when we refused to take it, the decided not to sell us the car, even though it clearly included in the contracts a $999 paint protection nonsense and when we refused to take it, the decided not to sell us the car, even though it clearly states in the contract OPTIONAL. Stay away from this place, Andy is a crook! More
