Service It was my first experience with service call I have purchased all my cars at valley motors and serviced them there. Patricia was good but I didn’t feel really welcomed. I had to ask where the coffee was, waiting room is not as nice, my car was not cleaned inside (vacuumed). It was taken back but back floor was not done. I will probably go back to valley for service but buy next from me Wollman. More

Damage my car Just purchased the car from the dealer. They lied about final cost. Broughtvcar to be cleaned properly 3 times . Dropped something on my hood while cleaning it that left a deep ugly gash in the paint . Then offers me $300 dollars to have it cleaned properly. The switched hoods had paint tested by a certified custom shop. With swirls and paint thickness so off it will coat $2k + with other scratches the dealer lied about be removed. .. My uncle came to buy another benz and seen my car first and walk away . Called MBS. Said They dealer would contact me never heard from them. Requested paper work on the car from Finance, I been sick a few months again..will see them soon, O yeah they tried to scam me for a oil change on a car I had 6 months put under 3k miles on the car have a dog light issue that brought in for Never even looked at it. Said I will get my Mats never received never received door lights . . If you put $10k on a car you dont add finance charges to Downpayment.. More

Service visit I went to the service department with and issue. As I arrived I was warmly greeted by the porter-great start. DISHONEST regarding a simple tire road hazard placement! Kyle lied to me for something as simple as replacing a tire covered under a road hazard warranty. While having a service performed, I also needed to h Kyle lied to me for something as simple as replacing a tire covered under a road hazard warranty. While having a service performed, I also needed to have a tire replaced that I had previously purchased from Kyle. After picking my car up and driving away, I noticed that the replacement tire was not balanced properly. I was so frustrated, I called Kyle and left him a voice mail letting him know. I told him that I was going to take my car to another shop and that I would like for him to cover the balance fee. I took my car to a local Goodyear Dealer that I trust to have them look at the tire. They told me that the tire was too far out of tolerance to "Road Force Balance" and that the tire was defective. They charged me $21.25 for a regular balance to get me going until I could get the tire replaced. I also took pictures of the tolerance level on the Goodyear machine with my smart phone and sent them to Kyle. When I finally got in contacted with Kyle he stated that he had to order a new tire. When I went back the second time to get the second replacement tire that's when I discovered the lies. Kyle told me that he was in the shop when the new tire was installed and balance. After driving away, I noticed that the tire still wasn't balanced properly. Kyle also rushed me out the shop without paperwork and stated that he had to follow up on the paper work because he had to track the tire DOT number for warranty. Well, I check the DOT number on the supposedly second new tire, and it was the same number as the first DOT replacement number on the service ticket. They had rotated the tire on the wheel, made a mess of it, to make it look legit, re-balanced it and sent me on my way. I was extremely frustrated that Kyle had lied to me, wasted my time, cost me money twice, performed unnecessary wheel balance, left weight residue, wasted trip, gas and caused frustration to where I'm writing this message on his page and I still have a defective out of tolerance tire on my car. This hasn't been resolved because it happened today, Oct. 18th, 2018. I will be contacting the General Manager and writing a similar letter to MBUSA. Note, this is not the first time that I have had tire problems, wheel problems, vehicle damage, and numerous other problems where I have had to return to the shop for re-work. There's no telling how many other customers Kyle has lied to, tricked or gotten over on. This type of behavior is not tolerated by any employer that I know of for anyone in a customer service industry, be it automotive or what have you. More especially, when you are paying for expensive parts, repairs and service. This has gone too far for too long. I will re-post to this post at a later date to update anyone reading this message. I hope this helps you decide on who and where to have your Mercedes serviced. More
