We live in Florida. We found the car online. We sent an e mail and Reza Ghane responded. Reza was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I never thought that I would ever buy a car without seeing it in person. But, Reza made the whole process easy and friendly. The car was shipped to us, and arrived two days ago. It is a beautiful 2017 E400 convertible in lunar blue. My wife thinks it is the prettiest convertible she has ever seen. The day it arrived, we had a face time call with Reza, and he helped us set everything up. Our sincere thanks to Reza and MB of Owings Mills for making this such a positive experience. More

The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. We visited several Mercedes-Benz dealers around the area and at most never met a single staff person. At Owings-Mills we were greeted right away just to acknow several Mercedes-Benz dealers around the area and at most never met a single staff person. Specifically, Sanjay was awesome. He was patient, understanding, transparent, thorough, and had our best interest in mind. He showed every car we wanted to see and test, he also checked inventory at other sister dealers and brought the car we ended up buying to us. He really caught my attention by not recommending a couple vehicles we'd seen after examining the carfax reports and history. He also called to inform us the vehicle we ultimately bought was not clean and ready to test for purchase and rescheduled at our convenience. More
