After visiting all local area Mercedes Dealers, I finally found 3 possibilites at R&H Motors. Lakisha Jones was my salesperson and I was so impressed at the amount of time she spent with me and educating me found 3 possibilites at R&H Motors. Lakisha Jones was my salesperson and I was so impressed at the amount of time she spent with me and educating me on the 3 vehicles I expressed an interest in. Lakisha and I took 2 test drives in a c300 and an E350. I really respected her honesty when I asked for her opinion. I felt much more comfortable in the C300, but initially I had wanted the E350 and Lakisha commented when asked, that I seemed more suited to the C300 since it was alittle smaller. For a salesperson to support the least expensive priced choice showed me that she was more interested in having a satisfied cusstomer than a larger commision. This was my first experience with a female salesperson and I have to comment that I truly was extremely satisfied and glad that I made my purchase at R&H Moters with Lakisha Pearman_Jones. More

My wife and I purchased a 2010 GLK 350 SUV thru the USAA Buying program via the internet. Within 5 minutes of sending our request we had a call from the Sales Rep at R & H. We were told that the options we were looking for weren't available on an existing vehicle and it would have to be built. In less than 4 weeks, our vehicle was built in Germany and shipped to Maryland. Sharon Smith kept us informed thruout the whole process and we felt "good" about our purchase. The vehicle is everything we hoped for and has exceeded our expectations. The driveability is amazing, the looks it gets out in town is awesome. We are happy with the vehicle and the service we received thru R & H motors was outstanding. Highly recommend them. More
