I drove to R&H in a non-CPO Mercedes-Benz from another dealer. I was disappointed when I informed the salesperson that the checked engine light came on and he responded, "I'll have the sensor reset." He totally dismissed my concerns that the vehicle needed to be "serviced." I only add the vehicle for 24 hours. Mr Johnson called that salesperson and made all of the arrangements for me, so I would not have to return the car to the dealer, but they would be responsible for picking up the vehicle from R&H. That's right...Mr Johnson even handle my messy breakup. (SMILE) I look forward to buying my next MB for R&H Motors. More

I have now bought three new Mercedes-Benz's from Tom. There is not a better purchasing experience of any product anywhere. No one knows more about a Mercedes, and no one cares more about a customer.
