My wife and I purchased a 2010 GLK 350 SUV thru the USAA Buying program via the internet. Within 5 minutes of sending our request we had a call from the Sales Rep at R & H. We were told that the options we were looking for weren't available on an existing vehicle and it would have to be built. In less than 4 weeks, our vehicle was built in Germany and shipped to Maryland. Sharon Smith kept us informed thruout the whole process and we felt "good" about our purchase. The vehicle is everything we hoped for and has exceeded our expectations. The driveability is amazing, the looks it gets out in town is awesome. Mrs. Jones took the time to explain everything that I needed to know, and was patient when it came to explaining what wou exceptionally professional. Likisha's co-workers also added that special touch that made me fell like I belonged to a family. While I was not in the best of health during my buying experience Likisha, and her associates were more concerned with my health than with closing the deal; tossing me out of the office even though I was trying to assure them that I was interested in the car that I had selected which made me feel like I belonged to a caring family, and not someone who was just making a purchase. My experience at R & H motors has always been pleasant. Mrs. Jones is only one of the reasons I continue to patronize the dealership along with the service that I receive from Aundre Goppy in the service department. RH is undergoing a new renovation to bring them up to to Mercedes standards, so switching from building to building will happen. DONT let this bother you. Lori Brown in Finance was great to deal with and answered all of my questions, laying out the best payment method for me. The new RH car program rewards you for bringing your car to them for service, something that Valley Motors does not offer. If you have to pay for Mercedes service, you might at well get some benefit from it! Hands down, best dealer in the area. Best salesman in the area. It's worth your first visit. Friendly -- absolutely no pressure -- just normal/customary sales follow up. Did not have exact specs I wanted so got it factory built and delivered in a relatively quick time frame.
