When I was purchasing/picking upmy car, Steven drove an hour in rush-hour traffic to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. He showed me how to use the different features in my car and followed up with phone calls afterwards. A+++ service. I would buy any and all future Benz's from Steven. I had a good experience with R and H. I was looking for I had a good experience with R and H. I was looking for a four wheel drive used car with low mileage and I got one. I am surprised that the E 350 I had a good experience with R and H. I was looking for a four wheel drive used car with low mileage and I got one. I am surprised that the E 350 does not have some of the features that my BMW had such as totally programmable buttons (either for radio, satellite, or navigation), and mirrors that slant down when you back up. I also have not figured out if the car beeps when it backs up in addition to the camera. But my primary wish of a low mileage, four-wheel drive was satisfied. I can live with the rest. More
