He explained all of my options clearly and was never pushy but helped me figure out what was best for me. I selected a Certified Pre-Owned C300 fully loaded and I couldn't be happier with the deal. I didn't even bother negotiating the price since it was already priced very aggressively with other prices I had seen elsewhere. The rest of the staff I had any interaction with were also helpful and friendly. Mac, in the finance department specifically comes to mind. She was very nice and clear when explaining terms and options. The selection of vehicles, new and CPO, seemed to be average to above average from the previous two dealerships I had visited in the area.
