i dropped my mercedes c63 for service and decided to trade it in for a new e350 bluetec. I called for a salesperson and got likisha . she was wonderful. she found the car i wanted and got all the paperw trade it in for a new e350 bluetec. I am now driving a beautiful new mercedes and likisha made the whole experience enjoyable. She also programmed my phone for bluetooth and went through voice activation.WELL DONE! More

And further, there are graphics and explanations that show what the current conditions, and future expectations of the repairs/results. The environment at R&H Motor Cars is pleasent and inviting because every person there seems interested in making it a wonderful place to go with car problems "great or small." Everything was excellent. From my initial internet inquiry, Sherye called me within minutes to discuss the vehicle I was interested in. She was very friendly, informative, if she didn't have the answer, she got answers to my questions from staff. She showed me around the dealership for future visits for service. Then she took me to Mac who did all of the final paperwork. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, knew what they were talking about, and made my buying experience very comforting and rewarding. I would highly recommend them. Pricing was much lower than the vehicles I looked at in the Harrisburg, PA area. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive. More
