Let me start by stating that this is actually my third purchase with the R&H family. That alone speaks volumes. The service was excellent as always. My sales men George and Cedric were fantastic!!!!! I am very happy with my car and will never purchase anything else but a Mercedes Benz (from my friends at R & H.) The Finance Manager was super. She explained everything and was very personable. I do have to say that some of the other salesmen at R & H need a refresher course on customer service no that's not it. They need a course on how to be polite and or how to be a gentleman. (it cost you nothing but,for them it could have cost them a sale or two) While we were waiting for Cedric to bring the car around for us to test drive he directed us to go inside of the dealership because it was so hot . As I approach the door of the dealership there were three salesmen standing about five feet from the door not one of them reached out to open the door they just stood there looking. As I entered the dealership I stated chivalry must be dead they all just smiled. I think that is bad for the business. I am glad that was not my first time at R&H but,that was my friend first time and she was very very turned off. More

R&H Motors accomodated me on Sat. of the Fourth of July weekend. I had only arrived in Baltimore the night before and my car wouldn't start once and then the battery light came on and remained on.I t July weekend. I had only arrived in Baltimore the night before and my car wouldn't start once and then the battery light came on and remained on.I thought I needed a battery replacement. R&H diagnosed the problem and in fact, the battery was fine but the crank sensor had failed. The car right there in the service area would not start. R&H provided me a loaner car. And on Tuesday July 5th I received a call that my car was repaired. The service staff was so attentive and competent...and all this on a holiday weekend. I would buy a car in a heart beat from this dealership just based on the way I was treated by their service personnel. More
