Let me start by saying, I am a former member of the BMW family. I was sent to this dealership by a referral because i was thinking about treating myself to a new car for my birthday. I was greeted on the parking lot by which, I thought was a salesperson but he turned out to be the Finances person. He was very polite and helpful. He asked did I need a salesperson and I said yes Mr. Josh Pomles, he sold my girlfriend her car about a month ago and loved the level of customer servcie he offered. Josh approached me with such excitement and professionalism, of course he asked several probing question in an effort to understand what type of car I was looking for and my price range. At some point during the process, I was indecisive not sure if i wanted to which from BMW to Mercedes. Josh was very patient with me. Taken into consideration it was a very hot day to be looking at cars, he offered me a cold drink (water this is) I was very comfortable working with Josh.
