I purchased my Mercedes-Benz at R and H motors, Reisterstown road, Baltimore, MD. My salesperson, Ms Likisha Jones, who helped me in the process is a wonderful and an exceptionally awesome lady. I bought two cars within a period of 20 days and also recommended my friend who also ended up buying a car from her. She helped me in the entire process starting from selecting the car, getting the quote, applying for finance and getting the delivery. When i bought the car for the first time, I was very happy with the entire process but later found that there was a technical issue with the car. When I brought this to the attention of the manager at the dealership, he did not seem to be helpful at all and was only thinking about his benefits and profits. But Ms Jones was very helpful, not only she understood my side of the story, she also helped me get a new car in exchange of the previous one. I knew that she is the only one I could trust and she totally exceeded all expectations of customer support. She took my matter to the attention of General manager and arranged for a brand new vehicle and took care of the finance process, all witin 12 hours. She also gave me a great deal on the 2nd car too as that was a higher model than the first one and split the difference in cost. Me and my wife both were totally amazed by her courtesy and professionalism. I am an Internal medicine resident and have a very busy schedule, but Ms Jones and Ms Clark both took this into account and were very helpful in saving me lot of time and trips to the dealership by organising the whole process very well and being so efficient to work with. I totally recommend R&H Motors as I had an excellent experience and I wanna thank and congratulate Ms Jones for her amazing work.
