R&H Motors accomodated me on Sat. of the Fourth of July weekend. I had only arrived in Baltimore the night before and my car wouldn't start once and then the battery light came on and remained on.I t July weekend. R&H diagnosed the problem and in fact, the battery was fine but the crank sensor had failed. The car right there in the service area would not start. R&H provided me a loaner car. And on Tuesday July 5th I received a call that my car was repaired. The service staff was so attentive and competent...and all this on a holiday weekend. I would buy a car in a heart beat from this dealership just based on the way I was treated by their service personnel. More

I recently bought a brand new Mercedes C300 from R&H motors and it was a wonderful experience. Likisha was the salesperson I worked with and she was very informative about the vehicle and showed us a lo motors and it was a wonderful experience. She also coordinated well with the finance manager and we got a very good deal on both the cars including the one we traded as well as the new Mercedes that we bought. Mac Clark, who was our finance manager also got us in getting a very good rate on the interest with one of the banks. Overall it was a very satisfying experience, esp the team we interacted made sure that we were comfortable and the entire process went smoothly. More
