Josh Pomles was a wonderful salesman who puts a personal touch into the car buying experience. From the moment we stepped on the lot, Josh was there to answer any questions we had and was honest and straight forward about the vehicles we were looking at purchasing. He was patient with us and never made us feel uncomfortable about some of the questions we were asking. He took our lifestyle and driving habits into mind and suited us with the best available options. He provided thourough explanations of all of the options (vehicle and pricing) we had and we were never left wondering about whether or not we were making the right decision. Let me start by stating that this is actually my third purchase with the R&H family. That alone speaks volumes. The service was excellent as always. My sales men George and Cedric were fantastic!!!!! I am very happy with my car and will never purchase anything else but a Mercedes Benz (from my friends at R & H.) The Finance Manager was super. She explained everything and was very personable. I do have to say that some of the other salesmen at R & H need a refresher course on customer service no that's not it. They need a course on how to be polite and or how to be a gentleman. (it cost you nothing but,for them it could have cost them a sale or two) While we were waiting for Cedric to bring the car around for us to test drive he directed us to go inside of the dealership because it was so hot . As I approach the door of the dealership there were three salesmen standing about five feet from the door not one of them reached out to open the door they just stood there looking. As I entered the dealership I stated chivalry must be dead they all just smiled. I think that is bad for the business. I am glad that was not my first time at R&H but,that was my friend first time and she was very very turned off. More
