First of all I am in sales myself, so I really value a good honest salesperon when I see one. George was pleasant from the moment I met him. I had already picked out the car I wanted when I visited the good honest salesperon when I see one. George was pleasant from the moment I met him. I had already picked out the car I wanted when I visited the lot the night before. When I came back the next day to test drive the car, he had it all ready for me. He explained alot of the features in detail and was very calming and not at all pushy about the sale. I immediately decided to purchase the car and we proceded with all the necessary paperwork. He told me he worked with the company for 11 years and I could tell that he had a great deal of expereince. I also had the chance to see him relate to some past clients and they all seemed to be quite frendly with him like he was part of their family. He shared with me that when I was out on the lot the night before, he was working with another cleint but politely stepped away and came out to talk with me. He said that two other salesman were available but I guess didn't think I looked like a Mercedes Benz customer so didn't bother to assist me. I had mentioned to Andre during the fall that my next Benz would be the 4wd because the c300 was not heavy enough to move through the tough winter snow. He must have passed that information on because when I came in for general service, Mr. Johnson stopped in the waiting area and invited me to come with him and see what he believed I would like. When we went to the showroom, he showed me this gorgeous black benz that had all the features I needed plus some. It even came with a nav system that was easy to use. Of course I have not had a chance to use it yet since I broke my foot the same day I picked up the car. I did not come in to purchase a car only to have my routine mainteance done.
