Service and attention form Bill Hosea was exemplary on all counts. Delays while car was in service were longer than expected. I hate buying cars and mattresses--I try to avoid doing either. But my car was stolen and I had to start paying visits to auto dealers. I looked at several other cars before the Mercedes, and every t either. But my car was stolen and I had to start paying visits to auto dealers. I looked at several other cars before the Mercedes, and every time I walked in the door, I felt like prey. You know when you're being hunted and the feeling is disquieting. Then I was referred to R&H and was pleasantly surprised. Actually stunned. Josh Pomles walked up to my wife and me and had a very different vibe. He was extremely knowledgeable, but I could tell he wasn't a car salesman by trade. I asked and he confessed that he had been a mortgage banker. That explained a lot--he was taught to sell by solving problems, not pushing product. Through multiple visits and myriad phone calls, Josh was patient and tireless--always willing to make the process easier and more transparent. When it came to decision time, another Mercedes dealer had the bare-bones model I was seeking--actually, Josh went and found it for me. But I spent $4K over my budget to buy the fully-loaded car on Josh's lot because I wanted to do business with him and R&H. I also thought Rick (the GM) and MAC (the finance manager) were a pleasure to work with. If you're in the market for a luxury vehicle, start at R&H--it will save you time and money and help you avoid the feeling of being stalked. Fortunately, my mattress is still in good shape:) More
First I want to say Thank You to everyone for a great experience. From the moment I walked into the door until I closed the transaction the customer service was like no other that I had experienced at a experience. LiKisha was very courtesy, knowledgeable, east to work with, and an expert at what she does. I was informed at each step in the purchasing process as to what was next. LiKisha and Sam Master worked very hard and diligently to find the vehicle to fit my finances and make it easy due to my health condition. I purchased a 2008 Susiki XL7 truck. Sam showed me how to work all the computer technology and made sure I was happy and comfortable with the truck. They introduced me to persons that I might interact with during my ownership of the truck and explained all of the services that come with purchasing a vehicle from R&H Motors. When I received delivery of my Certified Pre-owned truck the detailing of it was awesome it looked and smelled brand new. During the financial step I had the opportunity to work with Sherye and Mary Ann Clark. They were very thorough and efficient as to what I needed to purchase the vehicle and made it really pleasant to close the deal. Overall my experience was awesome and I know I will be visiting them real soon because they make you feel comfortable and all fuzzy inside with that great Customer Service. I have already started referring my friends, family and anyone who talks about purchasing a vehicle to LiKisha. That type of Customer Service makes you want to stop in just to say Hi to everyone.
