Realizing it was a Saturday and they were busy I don't feel they valued my business. I had scheduled an appointment and when I got there had to wait for the car to come out of detail shop. Josh was working several people at the time and I felt that he should have completed our deal and then gone to his other customers. There was a problem with the equipment that was supposed to be on the car and we had to engage the sales manager to get that resolved. Now I had to sit and wait for the finance person to become free since they were apparently selling several vehicles on that day. I arrived at the dealership at 11:00AM and left at 3:30PM. The deal was agreed upon before I got there and all I should have had to do was sign the papers and pick up the car. Should have taken and hour to an hour and a half at the most. More
