I have purchased a variety of luxury cars over the last 25 years ranging from Jaguar to BMW to Mercedes. This was by far my most enjoyable purchasing experience ever. Josh not only was able to put together 25 years ranging from Jaguar to BMW to Mercedes. This was by far my most enjoyable purchasing experience ever. Josh not only was able to put together a deal that made sense financially, he exceeded all my expectations from the first call to the delivery and follow-up. Even the new showroom made for a much more comfortable and professional environment. Mac in the finance office was fast and effecient and explained all options clearly. Bought my MB C300 Sport last week and was pleased with the overall experience. Bill Hosea was one of the better car salespeople I have ever worked with. He was never pushy or overtly salesy and always pa the overall experience. Bill Hosea was one of the better car salespeople I have ever worked with. He was never pushy or overtly salesy and always patient during a relatively long process. He acted very much as if he was aligned with my interests and was appeared more committed to making sure that I was happy with my purchase rather than simply making a sale. The final negotiations were virtually painless (all over text messages), and he got me a better price than I was expecting. Since the purchase, he has followed up several times to see that everything is ok and has continued to be accessable for questions. Bill will me my first stop when we are considering our next car & I've already sent family members his direction. The only downside and the reason I don't rate the overall experience a 5 was the process after we settled on the price. It doesn't seem like it should take 3 hours to finalize the deal (we were in the building just after 6 and not out until 9). Most of the time was spent either waiting for someone to be available to finalize paperwork or sitting in the finance office trying to be upsold on additional services, neither of which were Bill's fault. The dealership should clearly improve this part of the process, but it is probably no different than any other dealer's process More

Mr. George Johnson, represented the dealership as our salesman and he demonstrated excellent customer service skills during each of the 3-4 meetings we had. His quality of work was superb, he is knowled salesman and he demonstrated excellent customer service skills during each of the 3-4 meetings we had. His quality of work was superb, he is knowledgable and had a good understanding of the cars. Friendliness, is his strong suite and he was easy to work with. he was able to mix discussions of the cars with topics such as sports and other world events. Mr. Johnson's overall experience was evident during our experience in fact his experience level was one of the best I have had in my years(30+)of buying cars. He worked with us on the price of the car and helped us arrive at a price we could afford. I was impressed that he did not have to run back and forth checking with his management regardig the price adjustment we made during the negotiations. In short, Mr.Johnson is an excellent salesman and should be commended for selling such high end cars in an economically disturbed world. More
I purchased my first Mercedes 16 Jan 2012 and I am extremely pleased with my decision. I have always wanted a BMW and was told Lakisha was one of the best and could get me what I wanted. To make a long story short Lakisha gave me options for both BMW and Mercedees (because she wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase) it didn't take much for me to decide on the E350 but Lasisha was so patient and explained every detail to me. She went so far as to program my phone to my car and added her number, now if that isn't customer service I don't know what is. Lakisha I just want to thank you so much for your assistance you are passionate about your job and ensured I walked away with a huge smile on my face. By the way I have passed your name on to a friend in the market for a new BMW. More
