I have been in a company car practically my whole career. My company went to a car allowance program, which left me looking for a car. I had a Mercedes C300 as a rental car once (it was a Hertz Gold Cl My company went to a car allowance program, which left me looking for a car. I had a Mercedes C300 as a rental car once (it was a Hertz Gold Club surprise free upgrade). I loved driving that rental car! When I found out two weeks ago that my company was going to a car allowance, the first thing I did was go to the internet to begin searching and pricing that Mercedes C300. It was the rental car experience that did it for me. I received e-mails and phone calls from Josh Pomles. He was very attentive and persistent. His persistence paid off. I finally called to schedule an appointment with Josh. I went into R&H Motor Cars to build up knowledge about the Mercedes Brand. Other than friends and family owning a Mercedes, I really didn't know that much about them. I have been to at least 30 dealerships, and sat in (or test driven) at least 50 vehicles in two weeks time. Once I sat in the Mercedes C300 at R&H, I fell in love. The test drive sealed the deal. I ended up buying a Mercedes C300 loaner car…2011. It's my perfect entry into the Mercedes family. I drove my car home today. It is sitting happily in my garage, smiling at me! I've gone out to my garage several times to just stare at it. I just love it. I love everything about it, right down to the color. I want to thank Josh Pomles for taking so much time (hours and hours) to help me as I was looking for a car. I had so many questions, and was learning so much about Mercedes products through Josh. Josh was very warm and friendly. He made me feel really comfortable, and greeted me with a really nice smile. He was extremely knowledgeable, and made the car buying process easy for me. I had really good vibes about him. He guided me on possible insurance partners. I did some checking around on my own, and I followed Josh's suggestions. He advised me about the special financing at Mercedes-Benz. I did some checking around on my own, and Mercedes-Benz financing was the way to go. He is very trustworthy...and he was right about everything! After speaking to several sales associates at other dealerships, and listening to everyone's "special financing" and special "prices", I grew very weary of the car shopping process. Poor Josh was the last stop on my car shopping list. I had grown to not trust anything anyone says. Car buying is an exhausting process for a person that has been in a company car her whole career. Josh treated me so well. I also worked with Mac Clark. She was the person that helped me with all of the financing on everything. She was very warm and friendly to me while I was there. She went over all of the paperwork and took me through the warranties, and the servicing, etc. She had a great personality. I thought she was so nice to work with. I think the customer service at the dealership is second to none. I appreciate all of Josh's time answering my many questions…over my many trips to the showroom. I don’t even know how many times I came in there, but I know it was a lot! I had a very good experience at the dealership. I will recommend Josh Pomles, Mac Clark, and a Mercedes product, to everyone I know! Thank you so much! Now, it's time to go for a ride in the car. More

As a child growing up in Baltimore, everyone knew about the rich history and quality of service at R&H Mercedes. So for me to purchase my first Mercedes, R&H was a no-brainer! The staff at R&H (Bill Hosea, Dylan Jones, Mac Clark), without a shadow of a doubt, far exceeded any automobile purchase experience I have made. Everyone we encountered during our visits, were very polite, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly. That rich history and quality of service continues today at R&H Mercedes. Bill was our primary sales representative and all around advocate. He left no stone uncovered ensuring that we received the best all-around purchase for our specific needs. I cannot thank him enough for his attentiveness. He was always responsive and available. Bill made it very clear that going forward this is a relationship; they are just as concerned and involved with our happiness during our ownership of the vehicle as they were during the sale. Bill was very friendly and willing to do whatever it took to sell me a new MB. He returned my call on a timely basis. All my questions were addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. I get a new car about every year and have never met such an awesome sales person to work with. The whole team at this dealership is amazing. I had been on the market for a few weeks searching for a new vehicle that would satisfy my overall needs and desires. After I submited an inquiry and corresponding with Mrs. Sims via email over my curiosity for an E350, I walked into R&H Motors late one evening and within 45 minutes of arriving and talking with Mr. Pomles I knew I found the right car and a great deal. The R&H Motor's staff that facilitates a vehicle purchase, to include Mr. Dylan Jones and the kind gentleman who washed the car that night, were on site well past closing time due to me arriving at about 7:45 pm just to see an E350 and eventually closed the deal past 9:00 pm. Overall great experience and great car. I was joking with Josh, whom I thought was actually Woody Harrelson, that he could sell a customer $1 for $2 and have him or her walk out feeling like they came out on top. Thank you all. Jose More
