The entire staff were attentive, pleasant and went out of their way in helping us with all and any concerns we had. Realizing it was a Saturday and they were busy I don't feel they valued my business. I had scheduled an appointment and when I got there had to wait for the car to come out of detail shop. Josh was work feel they valued my business. I had scheduled an appointment and when I got there had to wait for the car to come out of detail shop. Josh was working several people at the time and I felt that he should have completed our deal and then gone to his other customers. There was a problem with the equipment that was supposed to be on the car and we had to engage the sales manager to get that resolved. Now I had to sit and wait for the finance person to become free since they were apparently selling several vehicles on that day. I arrived at the dealership at 11:00AM and left at 3:30PM. The deal was agreed upon before I got there and all I should have had to do was sign the papers and pick up the car. Should have taken and hour to an hour and a half at the most. More

I gave the review that I gave because I am a little disapointed with a few things that took place once I purchased the vehicle. Josh was very patient, friendly and professional throughout the sale. Once the car was delivered, I don't feel that I got the proper briefing of how to operate the many options in the car. I did state that I could figure some things out on my own, however the car is very complex. It's very frustrating tryping to figure out how to operate the vehicle on my own. I was also promised a key that was missing when Josh turned over the one key and til this day I do not have it. This may be a minor detail in the spectrum of things, however I think that Josh should be doing everthing in his power to get me the key that I am missing, and following up with me until I get it. I have been very patient waiting for my key and it is very unfortunate that I have had to encounter this with my purchase. More

Likisha was the best care sale person I have ever had.( last time excellent Peter Woodhouse). Likisha is very friendly, NOT PUSHY ( which turns me off instantly since I am an educated shopper). Also Dylan Jones was very professional and corrected someone else's mistake nicely. I have gotten now two cars from them and over all have been very happy. One minor suggestion for the dealership in general would be to have some sandwiches or some small savory items since buying a car takes hours. They deserve excellent marks, but that incident before Dylan took over made me not want to give 5. More

Bill did a masterful job, both my wife and I were immediately comfortable with him. He in no way fit the car salesman stereotype.
