It was because of her customer service skills, knowledge of Mercedes projects and incentives, and referral to another awesome service professional that I considered purchasing another vehicle. I was fortunate to be referred to a sales person, Ms. Likisha Pearmon-Jones who was just as customer service oriented, professional and knowledgeable of Mercedes products and incentives. My time is always valued when I arrive at R&H motorcars. The entire staff is professional, courteous and customer service oriented. It is always a pleasure to enter this dealership. I have never left feeling my money or time was taken for granted or wasted. From servicing my car to selling me antoher car every transaction I have EVER had with this establishment has been of 7-Star quality. He was honest, helpful and friendly. Further, he assured me that he would at least try to place me in one of the Mercedes Benz financing programs despite my credit rating. I was so grateful when he offered an interest rate that afforded comfortable payments since I was budget conscious. My experience with Ms. King was just an extension of the professionalism exhibited by Mr. Polmes. She was very congenial and informative of my options and articulated well each step of the financing process. She even disclosed another interest rate program that I could qualify for that was more beneficial to my budget. September 6, 2012 was truely divinely organized to deliver a beautiful birthday gift before my September 13, 2012 birthday. Kudos to R & H for a fine staff!!!! More

I had the unfortunate need to buy a car emergently late on a Friday afternoon. With 4 kids in tow, no homework on cars, and a broken car to trade in I was very stressed.
