We were greeted by Dylan Jones and found him very helpful -answering all of our questions with a nonaggressive approach. We were able to test drive the car we" thought" we were interested in and ended up having several more questions once we were finished. All the while looking, and re-looking at the car that had caught my eye when we first walked into the showroom. We left that first night and returned in the morning in hopes to test drive the same model that was on the floor. We test drove and quickly found that we had come to a decision that we were definitely interested in the showroom floor model. We asked more questions, walked the lot to see various colors, asked more questions and soon found that there was no other car for us - the showroom floor Mercedes C300 Sport Sedan was exactly what we wanted. Dylan helped us thru every stage in purchasing this beautiful & ohhhh what fun car!!! He even unlocked and walked us thru the Service Department area showing us all that the center has to offer. This was exceptional considering the service center was closed (Saturday after hours) making us very comfortable with seeing exactly where we would need to bring the car when any services would be needed. His thoughtfulness in bringing test driven car into bay area kept us out of the rainy, cold weather and is truly appreciated.
