Had been searching for a lightly used 'premium' car as a family spare for about six months. Found a freshly traded Acura online at R&H, the numbers looked good compared to what I had seen elsewhere. Made an appoinment via email, and was very quickly assisted by a person (Grace) who directed me to a salesman (Josh). In short order I was able to inspect the car, which had been washed and serviced and was waiting for me when I arrived for a test drive. The car was in excellent shape and compared very favorably to others I had seen. The entire process only took three days, from initial contact to drive home, with one of those days being Christmas day. Overall very satisfied with excellent service at R&H and would recommend to anyone who is considering such a purchase. More

Buying a car can be a grueling experience - lots of time wasted negotiating to get to a reasonable deal. This is the second time we have dealt with Likisha and that is by choice. After our first purchase from her we knew that we would return for future purchases so long as she was still working in Mercedes sales. Likisha appreciates how much we value our time and understands that we will walk away from a deal if we believe we are being given the run around. We have found it particularly difficult car shopping in the past, perhaps because we are women. As least two dealerships lost business from us, due to how we were treated. On other occasions, we perservered through the process and ended up with a vehicle but with no desire to ever return for another purchase.
