This is a differentiator from what I typically see in new car sales reps who have the luxury of selling short supply automobiles which is more take it or leave it. He was truthful opposed to the half-truths that I endured from other dealerships I spent time with. At the end of the day I bought a beautiful new automobile (GL550) at a great price. Solid experience top to bottom. If you hate the car salesperson stereotype as much as I do it is worth the drive to R&H Motor and asking for Josh. More

Upon entering the established business, Veryln greeted me with the utmost professionalism that I have ever experienced in a car dealership. He was clean, his attire was very professional; shirt, tie and dress pants; well groomed. He was very polite and humble yet had all of the characteristics of an excellent salesman. No hassle. He gave a good presentation of the car. I was impressed with the fact that he accompanied me on the test drive. He did a follow up call and so did the sales manager. Again the conversation, his tone and telephone courtesy was exemplary. The staff was friendly and courteous. I was well taken care of and, refreshments were offered such as water and soda. Well kept and clean restroom. This made me happy because it was a hot day outside which, goes to show that the company invest in the needs of the customer; They cared for me and knew factors that were assets for a customer who may have been tired from car shopping or otherwise. The sales managers were professional and again and the staff were well dressed; the ladies wear bumps, modest dresses or suits; the sales manager negotiated with me based on my needs and, the price factors surrounding the deal and, made an offer that beat any dealership that I have been to. Today was the first time in my entire life, in my car shopping history that I walked away stressed free and confident that the decision I made was a good one. No buyers remorse. I even received a complementary gift as a token of their appreciation for purchase. I was able to purchase a good quality warranty on the vehicle; complimentary courtesy of the dealership per my request. The premises were well grounded and clean. The cars were in a good array outside and were clean and immaculate. When entering the establishment I was well greeted in a friendly matter by the receptionist at the desk. The employees were friendly and shared in comprador of their well done service that, made it easy for be to do business with them; and they were very happy for me. The experience was refreshing and heartfelt. I never knew such professionalism could ever exist. That's why I said that the service and every detail of the business done with me were determining factors; this made it easy for me to make a sound decision. I was able to find a used car within my budget, that provided for all of my needs in a car. The car had above and beyond the features that I expected and, was well kept by the previous owner which gave me proof that the clientele are indeed well versed and take pride in their vehicle. The consumer followed up on their servicing of the vehicle and treated the vehicle well, while it was in their care and, this made me very happy. I will recommend my friends, family and acquaintances to this dealership. I was happy to do business with RH motors and my experience will indeed be remembered for a lifetime because of such exemplary service and the consciousness of the workers which was, an added plus to my experience at RH Motor.
