Excellent Experience I have been buying or leasing a Mercedes Benz since 1993. I just had as good a sales experience as you can have leasing a C450 AMG. Sheldon Wollman I have been buying or leasing a Mercedes Benz since 1993. I just had as good a sales experience as you can have leasing a C450 AMG. Sheldon Wollman was a pleasure and should be as he is probably the most experienced Mercedes salesman in the state. He knows the product and he makes sure he knows his customer. I also dealt with Jeff Berlant, the GM, as the car had to be secured out-of-state. The concierge, Chris, who went over the features was as nice and knowledgeable as could be. This is how you are to be treated when buying/leasing a luxury car. They would treat any customer the same, even if they were selling a luxury brand, as these are fine people and a pleasure to do business with. More

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE IN CAR BUYING!!!!! ON 4/22/15, MY CREDIT WAS OPENED FOR A PARTICULAR CAR I WAS INTERESTED ON BUYING BUT I WAS NOT ABLE TO FINISH THE PROCESS BECAUSE I HAVE TO WORK THAT ON 4/22/15, MY CREDIT WAS OPENED FOR A PARTICULAR CAR I WAS INTERESTED ON BUYING BUT I WAS NOT ABLE TO FINISH THE PROCESS BECAUSE I HAVE TO WORK THAT NIGHT. I ASKED MY FATHER TO GO BACK AND GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT JUST TO RESERVE THE CAR TO ME FOR THE NEXT DAY BUT THE MANAGER SAID HE CANNOT TAKE THE RESERVATION. HE TOLD MY FATHER THAT I WILL BE THE FIRST PRIORITY ON THE NEXT DAY IF THAT CAR IS NOT SOLD THAT NIGHT. AT 10 PM, THE SALES REP JIMI CALLED ME AT WORK CONFIRMING MY APPOINTMENT FOR 9-10 AM THE FOLLOWING DAY. I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP AT 9:05 AM AND TALKED TO JIMI RIGHT AWAY AND TOLD HIM THAT I NEED IT DONE BEFORE NOONTIME AS I HAVE TO WORK AGAIN THAT NIGHT. I GAVE HIM MY BANK APPROVAL PAPER WORKS. WE WAITED UNTIL AROUND 11:15 AM BUT SEEMS NOTHING WAS HAPPENING. SO MY FATHER TALKED TO JIMI AGAIN AND WE WERE TOLD THAT HE WILL GET THE MANAGER FOR US. THE MANAGER TOLD US THAT THE CAR WAS ALREADY SOLD 20 MINUTES AGO. I WAS SO UPSET FOR THE WASTE OF TIME. OUR FAMILY BOUGHT 8 CARS TO MILE ONE COMPANY OVER THE PAST 8 YEARS AND WE HAVE BEEN LOYAL TO THEM. BUT THIS EXPERIENCE WILL CHANGE MY OUTLOOK ABOUT THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE EXPRIENCE.... When I came in, they nonchalantly suggested that I should look for something different. I stormed away after wasting almost two hours in traffic. Aaron Broom at Owings Mills dealership was excellent. I called, told him exactly what I want and two hours later I had my car. No pressure. No unnecessary sales pitches. Very painless and professional. I was also helped by Fran King who helped me do all my paperwork. They stayed late for me to finish up so that I don't have to come back next day. Really nice people.
