I live about 45 minutes away from the dealership and he picked up the trade / delivered the purchased vehicle back to my residence without any hesitation. The purchase was contingent on several minor things that needed to be done and Kyle saw everything through very well. In all fairness to this review, my recommendation is to go through your potential vehicle thoroughly prior to purchase, make sure you have a good understanding of the pricing structure, warranty and ensure everything is documented on what/if anything you want done prior to taking delivery (look for the closing document entitled “we owe you”). In my case, I asked for an additional key, there were stains that needed to be removed and other minor things. Kyle was great and I highly recommend working with him. He did a great job being objective. Highly recommend Kyle. More

A fantastic customer experience with Dale Trizzino I have purchased quite a few new vehicles in the past, including BMWs, Hondas, Volvos and Toyotas and interacted with lots of sales people but Dale Tr I have purchased quite a few new vehicles in the past, including BMWs, Hondas, Volvos and Toyotas and interacted with lots of sales people but Dale Trizzino exemplifies what true customer service is all about. I made the initial contact with R&H online and expected the typical rushed and pressured sales tactics, however, I experienced something different from R&H and in particular from Dale Trizzino. Within a matter of minutes of meeting Dale I felt as if I was talking with a friend, someone who would guide me through the BUYING process (not the sales process). Throughout the whole buying process Dale made sure all my questions were answered (Dale is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Mercedes Benz products) and made me and my family feel comfortable and welcome. In fact, Dale told us that folks like R&H so much they just come in to hang out sometimes... :); Dale, tell management to get more comfy chairs and put them all around the dealership for all the nice folks to come in and socialize and peek at the latest Benz models. We eventually settled on a brand "spanking" new CLA250 and had it all customized with Dale's expert help. Dale kept us informed as our baby was manufactured in Germany, carefully loaded on a ship and delivered to R&H. This is customer service folks!!! Being able to communicate one on one with the sales person when needed and being treated in a consistent manner is what it's all about. Some say it's all about the customer being right but I say it's about the customer feeling good all the way baby! That's what Dale does. He makes you feel good about your purchase. This has been, by far, the best customer service experience at any dealership and I have been to a lot. I know lots of people who left dealerships because they felt ignored or because the atmosphere was too impersonal and that translates to lost opportunity and lost sales. Every successful sales person has a fantastic team behind the scenes as well and I want to make sure to thank Fran King as well. I was actually on a tight schedule when I went to pick up my car and Fran worked her incredible magic on the financing front and whipped up the most amazing rates for us within a matter of minutes which just blew me away!!! Thanks Fran and I am sorry I had to bolt so quickly... good thing my wife was there to pick up the slack. Thanks Dale Trizzino for a great customer experience and for introducing me to the Mercedes Benz family. More

Mr. George Johnson joined us and answered my question offering courteous and expert advice. So when I was interested six months later in purchasing a new Mercedes Benz, I called Mr. Johnson. From the moment I arrived at the dealership to inquire about a new car to the moment that I arrived to pick my new red Mercedes Benz E350, I received outstanding service from Mr. Johnson and the Mercedes Benz of Owings Mills staff. Mr. Johnson guided me through my options in selecting the car and the purchase process. He kept me informed of the progress of my car from the assembly line, shipment, and arrival at the docks in Maryland. He even sent me a picture when the truck pulled into the lot with my new car right on top. Upon pick up of my car he patiently gave me a tutorial on all of the features. I could not be more pleased with Mr. Johnson's service. As a prior Mercedes Benz owner, based on my experience, I highly recommend Mr. Johnson for his expert knowledge, courteous and professional service, attention to detail, high level of on-going communication, and I just love my new Mercedes Benz!! My first Mercedes-Benz I live in the greater KC area and there were no SLKs to be found so I located a CPO car that Mercedes-Benz of Owing Mills (R&H) had. I was really apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen but I put a deposit down on Friday night and bought airline tickets for Saturday. Saturday the dealership had a driver waiting at the airport for us and we had a pleasant ride to the dealership. They got my wife and I on the road pretty quick for our drive home. What a hoot but that is another story. The dealership took care of the tag and Fed-ex it to me - If you have ever lived in Kansas you know how much of a pain it is to license a car through the local DMV. The only reason I didn't give them a 4 instead of a 5 on the overall experience is the battery went dead in the first week I had the car - probably was due to the few cold days we had here. I found out from the local dealership that the battery is "wear and tear" and not covered by the CPO warranty. With that information, I contact R&H and they reimbursed me for the battery replacement. They did the right thing. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them or recommend them to another buyer. More

She was very helpful and patient, which is why I made the decision to purchase a vehicle from R&H Merecedes. I could have gone to several other Mercedes dealers, but her knowledge of each and every vehicle I inquired about, was very impressive and displayed her level of professionalism. The attention to detail and patience she displays is rare within a car salesman and a great asset to R& H, and I am grateful that she approached me to assist in making a wise vehicle purchase. Prior to this purchase- I didn't have car , and had been driving a rental for a few months . When she finally called me in with stipulations of loan approval I was so excited, I rushed in to her office after returning my rental. Finance company took a little longer than expected to finalize the deal , so I went home . The next morning she called me saying everything was ready to go - I didn't have transportation, Kisha arrived at my home in 20 minutes to pick me up! Our relationship has organically transitioned from a business relationship to one of true friendship. Kisha is extremely knowledgable about every aspect of Mercedes Benz product, services, technology etc. She walked me thru every step - even showing me how to work all the technical features .... Wow! This by far has been the best customer service I've received when buying a car.Ill be a loyal customer to her for the rest of my life! RH has a dynamic team, and they all made me feel welcomed and valued. Fran King assisted Kisha on the finance end and was amazing ! More
