Sadly, I can't say the same for the management at the time. They made it nearly impossible to do business, said I liked the wrong color ? They have new management and the changes in the dealership are all for the better. They really allowed Tom to show his skills and he didnt disappoint. My wife's birthday is coming up and I am looking to get another GLS-450 in a few weeks ... you know I'm buying it from Tom. Cheers, Al More

It's always daunting buying a car (from the buyer's perspective), made all the moreso when graduating to the luxury line. The staff at Mercedes-Benz? of Owings Mills, especially dapper Robb, made me feel comfortable from negotiation to finance to delivery--as though I was always meant to sport the three-pointed star in my driveway. I anticipate a continuing relationship for years to come with a staff that knows how to make you feel like you deserve your little upgrade in life. All I can say is THANK YOU. More
Very Nasty People. Will try to Scam you. Dont usually write reviews but this was the worst experience of my life. I had a nail in my back tire so i decided to schedule a service for the next Dont usually write reviews but this was the worst experience of my life. I had a nail in my back tire so i decided to schedule a service for the next morning since i was already advised to replace the front tires. This job was supposed to take 2 hours. Around the 2 hour mark the service advisor came out and told me that the car was finished and advised me to replace the 2 back tires soon. He also offered a "discount" that i could only get if i replaced all 4 tires at once. I thought about it and said no. If they really needed to be replaced he would have told me a couple of weeks before when he suggested that i replace the 2 front tires. He went back and then after another hour came out and said that i had no option but to replace the two back tires because the flat one had 2 nails in it and it couldnt be patched up. This is the moment i realized that this guy thinks im a total fool. how the xxxx can you replace the two front tires before you fix the flat one? If a tire is flat that is the first thing you fix before you start replacing the other tires. Mind you he just told me an hour before that the car was done. I called his bluff and told him to just leave it, i will fix it myself it takes 5 minutes. he proceeded to let me wait another two hours. I finally got sick of the xxxxxxxx and yelled at one of the workers to just get my car. 5 minutes later the car comes out with all tires perfectly fine including the one that "couldnt" be patched. He let me wait there for 5 hours when all they did was replace 2 tires, something that shouldnt take ten minutes. And then repeatedly tried to pressure me into changing all 4. Even resorting to a total lie. I do not even care about them trying to rip me off because i know that it is their job, but it is the fact that he made me sit there for 5 hours just to repeatedly try to jip me More

I was busy that day, and he followed up with me a couple of days after that. I finally made it to the dealership where he greeted me with a friendly smile and warm personality. He did exactly what he said he would do -- get me the car of my dreams. The entire staff was so nice and professional. Everyone was very informative throughout the entire process. One of the worst experiences of my car buying life! If I could rate them 0, I would. Unprofessional on every level. They won't return phone calls, emails, they are cowardly. They sold us a car that had service lights going on before my husband left the lot. They used the excuse that the engine had been powerwashed and that was the problem. Well, get it home to Michigan & the lights are still on. We were told to take the vehicle to a Volvo dealer and have the codes read, We did just that and we even emailed the codes to Hillary. After many phone calls from my husband and the dealer here, still no response. We don't have our plate, registration that we paid for and it's been almost two months. The radio had a CD stuck in it and the salesman Dylan assured us that they were sending us a new radio....no radio ever sent. Buyer beware!!!!! More
