They gave us a great deal on a brand new E300 which was really difficult to find b We dealt with Brett and Mo, two of the nicest salesmen you’ll meet. They gave us a great deal on a brand new E300 which was really difficult to find because of our color and option specifications (we had several other dealers working to find us the same car). They got the car to Owings Mills from another dealership 100+ miles away, on time, to specification and within budget. The trifecta! We got all weather mats FOC and a gift card! The personalised service is what’s rare these days but we found that at MB Owings Mills. Would highly recommend that you stop by. We weren’t even in the market for a MB! Wish them success in 2018! Didn't take long for Dylan to turn that around - he was knowledgeable, honest and a delightful person. Dylan, Robb and Brett made the magic happen. They got me in the car I wanted at the price I needed. We had some bumps along the process (due to lack of inventory) but they quickly addressed those issues and found me the car I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership - really will never go anywhere else and I am pretty hard to impress! More

I am a long-time MB owner, having dealt with a dealers nationwide. This was truly the first time that, from the minute I walked in until I left with my new car, I felt the people I dealt with had my interest ahead of their own. Incredibly knowledgeable about the new vehicle, and Fran was able to succinctly explain the options and the respective benefits they offered. I usually immediately say "no" to the extras because it always feels like a sales pitch, but what a difference it makes when you are dealing with true professionals. In the end, they exceeded all expectations set from previous dealerships and I'll certainly be back for future business. More

Kyle understood that we wanted to end our lease early because we were hard sold at the other dealership to buy a sedan when we really wanted to buy out the lease on our SUV. He told us during an earlier visit that we would be able to make an almost even trade to an SUV if we could wait for a loaner car with the options we wanted to come up for sale. I saw the car we wanted online and called him immediately to reserve the car. It was just what we wanted and Kyle made the trade easy. we drove away in our GLC tonight and couldn't be happier. Kyle was a pleasure to work with and we'd recommend him to our friends and family without hesitation. More
