My salesperson, Frank, was great. I've dealt with him on another occasion. What leaves me with a bad taste is the "shenanigans" of the finance dept! Also, he called back and asked for more ID, purporting that the lender needed it. They did not! They called a day later and followed the instructions I had placed on the bureau - not requesting additional identification. It was quite challenging dealing with the finance person. In fact t, I felt conned when I left there and discovered the things that had been done with proper authority and without my knowledge. More

The first time when i came there, i have an incorrect tire pressure and I told them that i want to check and correct it for me and after that they can’t do anything for me and when i left there and I noticed that they were stolen and missing 4 tire air caps. This is the second time i came there and i want to do some recall services and they told me that they don’t have car loan for me and they want me to do extra services cost more than 1,300 + oil change will be almost 400 without reset system (OMG ripe off people) i told them that i have the warranty services which I bought the extra packages to cover for all the services with all the Mercedes Benz company. They told me that i don’t have that package in the system, so i told them that i will bring the warranty paper and i want to resechedule for next time. After i left 2 minutes and all of these below are appering in my screen system, so i came back and ask them what is going on with my car and I requested them that i want to meet and talk to the manage and The service guy was lying that his manager was Michael Hertz, and he told me that I have to do the services and nothing they can’t do. They were not care about customer. I dont want they treat and cheat with customer like that. Thank you. More
