I’ve been to other Mercedes dealerships before and they did not satisfy me. However, this dealership was more than amazing to me. They had to keep my car overnight and generously shuttled me home which was did not satisfy me. However, this dealership was more than amazing to me. They had to keep my car overnight and generously shuttled me home which was more than an hour away. Also, they kept me updated on the work that was performed on my car as well as their estimated time of finishing. I had dash lights on and electrical issues this time, and they finished very quickly. At a different Mercedes dealership, I’ve had nothing wrong with my car before and they kept my car for 3 nights. They did not try to talk me into service that was not needed. Thank you so much! More
Dropped off C-300 for B Service and fan belt noise during initial startup Tuesday afternoon and picked up Thursday at 12 noon. Ray was my service advisor. He was cordial and respectful. He texted service quo initial startup Tuesday afternoon and picked up Thursday at 12 noon. Ray was my service advisor. He was cordial and respectful. He texted service quotes Tuesday at 4pm, but link in the text didn’t work. I called Ray Wednesday at 8am for service quote speaking to him over the phone. Didn’t hear back from Ray until I texted him, Thursday at 9am. His quote and final bill were in line. Overall it was a satisfactory experience. However, communications could have been better. Didn’t mind getting my car back a day later. It would have been nice to have been notified. More

Provided me with a great experience for my oil change. I was able to get in almost immediately. The dealer shuttle dropped me off and picked me up at my convenience. The other dealer in town had a 2 month I was able to get in almost immediately. The dealer shuttle dropped me off and picked me up at my convenience. The other dealer in town had a 2 month wait.
