I was looking for a used Mercedes and was ready to buy. It was easy. Went into the showroom, with Robert, sat down filled out minimal paperwork, came to an agreed upon price, the deal was done. Robert made me feel that I had made the best choice to fit my needs and the car was spotless and exactly what I had been looking for. The dealership is being remodeled to make the customers feel very comfortable and just a cut above all the other dealerships out in the Central Florida area. I have owned many cars but this was by far the quickest and easiest purchase, with no pressure to buy I have ever experienced. I love my C300. Thanks Robert. More

Starting from the purchase all the way to routine services – I’m always delighted to offer them my business. The sales person I have built a relationship with is Mr. Rami Ajib. He has always been extremely very helpful and has worked very hard on satisfying my requests. He has great customer service skills and is always very quick to answer my questions and/or concerns. If I’ve called and had to leave a voice mail he always makes sure he gets back to me within the same day or as soon as possible. Calling in to make a service appointment for my already purchased vehicle was also a very pleasant experience. The service department and staff always make sure they take care of all the issues I specify. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any family member or friends currently looking to purchase a MB. I would also highly recommend they speak to Rami Ajib as their sales representative. Terry helped the both of us lay the ground work with what cars we would like. We both choose two cars within our budget and Terry & Bruce did the rest. We never felt so special. They took there time with us. We were not use to being treated that way. The last two times for me it was just a tranaction and the third time was a charm a great experience. I had no idea I would leave with a carI love. We are both are still so happy and are still talking about how great the experience with two men that made us feel like a million dollars. The last two times I settled and they both told me I did not have to settle. I always wanted a white sedan and that is what I got. My girlfriend & I laughed exchange our dreams amd wants and Terry & Bruce made our dreams come true. They let us take our time and change our mines as women do and they never looked frustrated or showed disscussed. Even though I did not buy a 2012 I feel like I did. The service department performed an extensive diagnostic on my vehicle and ordered the necessary parts in a timely manner.
