I have been leasing 500 and 550SL automobiles from this dealer for about 15 years. The main reason is that Frank Whitton is a pleasure to deal with. It was like leasing a vehicle from a friend. In fact I now consider Frank a friend instead of a Cont. cars salesman. I did not know Frank prior to leasing my first car at Cont Cars. He takes care of me in a friendly manner and gets me into the deal that I need. There was a time in the early years in my visits to Cont. Cars when the service dept did not turn in a stellar performance. However I went back to the dealership because of Frank. I am pleased to report that for the past 3 years or more they have really turned the service department around and it now runs like a well oiled machine. I am actually looking forward to my next service visit as they complete their construction. More

I always feel guilty purchasing elsewhere, and use Frank as the benchmark against which all other salespeople are measured. What I like about Frank is lack of high pressure sales tactics, and he is used to dealing with professionals and business people and their needs, schedules and resistance to typical car dealer tactics. I always have confidence that Frank is looking out for my interests as much as he is looking out for his and the dealer's.
