This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I was greeted quickly, and immediately approached by an employee. Within 1 minute Francisco was with me taking care of everything. I had just driven across the country & was very tired. He assured me my car would be taken care of. I received better customer service & car service than from Fletcher Jones of Newport Beach, CA. The service office was clean, neat, and everyone working there were very respectful to each other, reflecting great teamwork. I’m going to be having my car maintenance completed at Orlando Mercedes from now on. More
When I went to get my car there was a chip missing on the wood facing dashboard. The service manager told me that I have to pay them $200 for them to fix what they broke.
