We've had a truly awful experience every time we've come to this dealership for service. Our service rep is always condescending and if you are a woman, he *will* talk down to you as if you know nothing abo to this dealership for service. We have asked to switch to a new rep but the dealership has insisted we stick with the one we have as he "knows the car." He does not know the car. He looks up our history on his ipad right in front of us every time we come in--anyone could do that. I brought my car in for service (with an appointment) on a Tuesday morning and it wasn't even looked at until late afternoon--and that was only after I called to check in, and had to essentially beg to have it looked at. In fact, our car was with the dealer for 3 days, and never received an update without calling myself. We were without a car for 3 days (for a service that could have been completed same-day) and I was never offered a loaner or even a ride home, despite the fact that I had my infant with me at drop-off and made it clear that we did not have another car and would be stranded at home while repairs were completed. I should have known we were in for another bad experience when I had to wait for a half hour in the waiting room, newborn in tow, just to drop the car off, when I arrived on time, at my appointment time. We love our AMG and have been loyal to this dealership as it's where we purchased our car, but we've put up with sub-par treatment for far too long. Will be taking our business elsewhere from here on out. More

This dealership did a great job on service, but the labor rate is way out of line and forces me to not recommend them. It’s too bad greed is more important to them than their customers. No loaners while car being serviced. Spent almost $100k on a vehicle there less than two years ago (cash), and part of that purchase was a “guarantee” that loaners would be available. Was even told by my salesman that someone could come pick my car up and leave me a loaner if I couldn’t make it to the dealership. Now they are telling me no loaners. At a supposed “luxury” brand dealership. Pathetic. More
