No loaners while car being serviced. Spent almost $100k on a vehicle there less than two years ago (cash), and part of that purchase was a “guarantee” that loaners would be available. Was even told by my salesman that someone could come pick my car up and leave me a loaner if I couldn’t make it to the dealership. Now they are telling me no loaners. At a supposed “luxury” brand dealership. Pathetic. More

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I was greeted quickly, and immediately approached by an employee. Within 1 minute Francisco was with me taking care of everything.
