I received prompt repair service when I brought my vehicle in for a recall service. I needed the vehicle to travel out of town and the technician (Marcus Diaz) got my vehicle in to be serviced on the vehicle in for a recall service. My rep was timely and came out to greet me. I discussed 2 concerns, he looked at the car and noted it on my repair slip. I was given a ride home. Later I received a video of my car with the repairman's voice showing & telling me my car was all fixed and everything looked great. Tires, brakes, undercarriage, no leaks, etc. I was picked up and my car was ready and washed and vacuumed so she looked great when I picked her up.
