Well i don’t know where to start My car gets towed in a Friday night for a flat tire Saturday I get a call saying I’m going to need a new tire and the vehicle needs new struts I give them the go ahead. Friday night for a flat tire Saturday I get a call saying I’m going to need a new tire and the vehicle needs new struts I give them the go ahead. What was supposed to be a 2-3 day project turned into a week because the technician forgot to order the parts When I come to pick up my baby’s car seat after having to rent a car because they didn’t have loaners I find the hood of my car was scratched so now that had to be repaired. Finally after a 8-11 days my car is ready and after 2 days of me not coming for it I get a message saying “you need to come get your car management is having me call you everyday until you get it” So I finally get a chance to pick up my vehicle which by the way is a 2020 C43 AMG and I come to find the technician messed the alignment up and now my steering is more to the left then right… Basically if you have a mercades and don’t want to add more stress to your life don’t come here. More
