You don't typically experience or come across a loyal and trusting relationship with your car dealership, let alone service at the dealership, but my having that relationship with this dealership not only gives me "comfort" (another word not typically associated here), but it's turned out to be extremely valuable. Thank you, Mike Shattuck! My latest experience at this dealership and with Mike was a last-second emergency where my car gave me fear for the first time ever and I was on I-4... scary to say the least, however, my car was scheduled for service the same day I called and was fixed and ready for pickup the following morning. The belt, tensioners, and pulleys broke on my 2011 C300, and I had my vehicle towed to the service department. I called and was connected with Ray Cornell who went above and beyond to give me a fair price and I had my vehicle towed to the service department. Claudia is fabulous at what she does, I purchased my first Benz (A-Class) with her back in 2021 and she successfully got me to purchase a brand new custom 2023 c-class with an AMG trim that we ordered specific to my wants and desires. Victor is brilliant and provides the utmost valuable service when it comes down to the money. This is my second Benz and definitely not my last. I recommend Victor and Claudia to all of my friends, colleagues (including my boss), and family members. The way in which Claudia and Victor interact with me and get me what I want is priceless. Overall Good, although was disappointed in the trade in value, with the delay in delivery, the price of the trade in was substantially reduced.
