Claudia is fabulous at what she does, I purchased my first Benz (A-Class) with her back in 2021 and she successfully got me to purchase a brand new custom 2023 c-class with an AMG trim that we ordered specific to my wants and desires. Victor is brilliant and provides the utmost valuable service when it comes down to the money. This is my second Benz and definitely not my last. I recommend Victor and Claudia to all of my friends, colleagues (including my boss), and family members. The way in which Claudia and Victor interact with me and get me what I want is priceless. I am a VERY happy customer and will always come back to Mercedes because of Claudia and Victor. 10/10 Top Tier experience. More

Overall Good, although was disappointed in the trade in value, with the delay in delivery, the price of the trade in was substantially reduced. I spoke with Frank in October when he informed the new car w value, with the delay in delivery, the price of the trade in was substantially reduced. I spoke with Frank in October when he informed the new car wouldn't ship till December, I mentioned that with the delay I would get less for the trade in, he said they would honor the original quote something the dealership didn't do. More
