Thank you for getting back to me. I'm not sure what you have in mind to make it up to me. I am not local..2 hours away in Jupiter. What would seem the right thing to do would be to stop the practice of overcharging customers for services they don't need. It was fairly obvious that this happens all the time and the service manager and technician looked pretty guilty and a tiny bit embarrassed that someone called them on the behavior. I understand making money on services and not necessarily sales but a policy of full disclosure and transparency for services to all customers would be how you could make this up to me.
