Tried to charge me 3 times the cost of the required job. Fraudulent, dishonest and unethical business practice. They did not seem very bothered when I accused them of taking advantage of me. You don't typically experience or come across a loyal and trusting relationship with your car dealership, let alone service at the dealership, but my having that relationship with this dealership not only gives me "comfort" (another word not typically associated here), but it's turned out to be extremely valuable. The belt, tensioners, and pulleys broke on my 2011 C300, and I had my vehicle towed to the service department. I called and was connected with Ray Cornell who went above and beyond to give me a fair price and I had my vehicle towed to the service department.
