From the start, the communication with the dealership was abysmal, and it seemed like they didn't care about my concerns or questions due to my out-of-state status. My interactions with Marcus, a representative at the dealership, only added to the frustration and disappointment. Throughout the entire process, I was never given any detailed information about the purchase or the steps involved. I was simply told to sign the papers that were shipped to me, without any explanation of what they were for or how they would impact the transaction. This lack of transparency made me feel uneasy and anxious about the entire purchase. When it came to the shipping process, the dealership's communication was equally unhelpful. I was left entirely in the dark about how my new car would be transported to me and when I could expect it to arrive. The dealership's failure to provide even basic information about shipping made me question their professionalism and attention to customer service. Working with Marcus at Mercedes Benz of Orlando was truly the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. The lack of communication and transparency left me feeling like I was not a valued customer and that my concerns and needs were unimportant to the dealership. I would strongly caution anyone, especially out-of-state buyers, against purchasing a car from this dealership. In the future, I will be looking elsewhere for my automotive needs and will not be considering Mercedes Benz of Orlando as a viable option. I hope that this review can serve as a warning to others and possibly motivate the dealership to improve their customer service for the sake of future buyers. More

I had a great experience from researching the inventory on the website, talking on the phone with the sales representative, and then the in store experience. I had a pretty good idea on the vehicle I wanted and its features were thoroughly explained to me when I looked at it and test drove. The overall buying experience was not too long and pretty pleasant. The people in the dealership were all friendly and helpful! I greatly appreciated the low pressure sales and the initial proposal from the dealer not featuring excessive dealer add-ons for me. After completing the purchase, I had a thorough explanation of the application and features as well as what to expect with my new car. It was a great car buying experience. More
