Andrea, We do apologize about any inconveniences you have experienced during your visits to our Dealership, we pride ourselves in providing the highest level of customer service. As we have shown you the E-Class you purchased had a clean Carfax and a clean Autocheck; which are accident reports provided by outside sources. We assure you we would never allow a customer to leave in a vehicle that is unsafe to drive without expressly making them aware of the situation first and doing our best to remedy it if the customer allows. We also did a number of goodwill gestures to try and accommodate your concerns and remedy the issues including valet pickup and delivery of your vehicle as well as replacement of a bad tire and wheel.
