My wife and I came to the Schumacher European Dealership to do nothing more than gain initial information regarding the Smart Car. We left the dealership as current and future clients. She took the time to answer every one of our questions regarding the features of the vehicle as well as the elements of the purchase price. Any question she could not answer directly, which were very few, she took the time to gather the correct information from the appropriate party. Throughout the course of the process, she was patient and never attempted to gain any purchase commitment from us until all of our questions were answered. We have purchased many vehicles in the course of our lives, but without any fear of contradiction, Nicole's walk around and delivery of the vehicle was the best we had ever experienced. I purchased a Smart from your Wonder sales person Nicole. She made the event a pleasure, did all she could to help in discribing the car and its offerings. Needless to say I was a bit skeptical being that I am an above average person, size wise. Seeing Nicole get out of the Smart from a test ride with an other customer, eased that discomfort. Being that she is an above average young woman WITH ALL DO RESPECT. (Which I must say is a Great sales tactic.) Because the size is difinitley noticeable or should I have said lack of. Be it what it may. She said lets go for a ride. So we did. Lots of room up front for us both kind of cozy. Nicole pointed out the shift option which gave it just that little extra to make it almost enjoyable to drive. You really don't get to enjoy it on a test ride since you maybe on your better behavior. It does make it fun to drive after your purchase. To Make a long story short my wife and I purchased a Smart from Nicole about two weeks ago and we are putting the gas savings in a Jar to buy a new Benz at some point. Just kidding, we have one of those also. If you don't get anything out of this at leased,Please Get This. Nicole is a Wonder sales person and person period. We enjoyed doing business with her and will do again in the future. I will recommend anyone that asks about my Smart to go see her. Joe Passantino is a great guy and went the extra mile (actually several extra miles since he delivered our Airstream Interstate from Phoenix to Payson, AZ).
