I ended up trading in a one week old GLS450 that I bought at Scottsdale MB a week ago. I saw one I wanted with the features I wanted here at North Scottsdale MB. The service I received, both in terms of responsiveness to my inquiry, sales staff, particularly Youssef Shamunka, and others, was heads above what I got from the first place. A deal saving me thousands over what the other dealer wanted was reached and I have to say that everyone involved was polite, efficient, and made sure I was happy. Our experience was further enhanced by the sales manager, although a very man, he took the time to personally thank my wife and I for our business, nowadays that's very rare. If that wasn't enough, we were again introduced and greeted warmly and thanked by non other than the dealership General Manager, she too was very nice. This dealership is a class act.
