We arrived at the dealership a half hour before closing (unbeknownst to us) since we were coming from the very west side of phoenix and had driven more than an hour to get there. After arriving and finding out they closed in half an hour we were afraid they would not take the time to show us any vehicles or that they would hurry us along. That was not the case at all! Chris Irving, was exceptional, he took the time to show us the vehicle and even asked some of the staff to stay late in case we decided to purchase the vehicle. We test drove a Range Rover Sport Supercharged and Chris knew exactly what features we wanted to test in the car. Though we had not planned to purchase until May, after driving the SUV and receiving a more than fair price we felt we could not pass this up. We were in and out in less than two hours with the car freshly detailed and a full tank of gas. A few days later I had to bring the SUV back in because the brakes were making a screeching noise. Chris was very apologetic and personally saw that the problem (which turned out to be a recalled part) was fixed at no charge to us and we were given a loaner to drive until the part was replaced. My husband was so impressed with the loaner, a new 2014 Mercedes Benz GLK, that we may be back very soon to purchase a second vehicle from Schumacher European. This was our first purchase from this dealership but it will not be our last. Thanks again for the excellent service. More

Since I purchased my vehicle, Matt has gone above and beyond to help me with any obstacle.
