We followed Mark Field from Phoenix Motor Company to this dealership, having purchased our last four (now five) cars with Mark's capable assistance. After five cars and about 15 years, Mark seems more like an old friend than a car salesman; he not only serves as a sales representative, but offers useful advice and peripheral assistance, as well. From our perspective, Mark Field is the face and the persona of the Schumacher dealership. Having said that, our relatively minimal contact with the other reception and sales personnel was uniformly pleasant--they were at all times courteous, helpful and considerate. We are acquainted with one of the service advisors (who also moved from Phoenix Motor Company) and look forward to working with him for routine and any other service needs. At my age, I'm unsure how many more Mercedes Benz autos I'll be purchasing, but I expect to buy them all with Mark's assistance and from the Schumacher dealership so long as that association continues.
