I have never in my life had such a pleasant experience at a car dealership. Bill is honest, straight forward, kind and really willing to do whatever it takes to help you get in the car that you want. I have always dreaded car dealerships and the thought of even going in them, but after today I wouldn't mind going back to just say hello. Even Grant Anderson who walked us through the features and got the car ready to go, what a kind and helpful guy. The whole staff is so kind and helpful. We have leased other Mercedes and worked with other dealerships, none of them come close to the customer service of Schumacher.
