THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A CAR DEALERSHIP! It was probably the easiest car purchase I've ever completed. My sales person, Petros Theocharides was very knowledgeable and straight forward. The transaction was handled very smoothly and I felt like I was dealing with a professional, not a "car salesman". I was impressed by how quickly the deal was handled. We test drove the car I was interested in and once I determined that I wanted the car, the pricing and paperwork was completed so quickly and painlessly that I couldn't believe it. I've been through the car buying process many times and I always dread the process because it has always been s a tag team sales approach that takes four hours. You feel like you always get the hard sell approach and I hate that! This was far from that experience. I love my car, my sales person and the obvious great procedures in place from the dealership. I forgot to mention the finance person, Dana Rae Miller. She was very professional and she too had everything in order and that was an easy process. I almost forgot to mention that I was impressed by Petros because the dealership had closed and instead of rushing me out, which I would have gladly done because I was so excited to drive my car, he took 30 minutes to set my phone to the car and go through the operations of everything in the car. I can't say enough about how much I loved the experience. More
