Service is terrible. I had a tire that was losing air quickly. I called Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale service and was told they couldn't look at my tire until a week later. The folks were aloof and did not care. This is my first Mercedes (SL 550) purchase. I have had Lexus cars for the past 15 years. I've had beyond excellent service at Bell Lexus and I am appalled at the way I was treated at Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale. I am beyond shocked and I regret my decision to move to Mercedes. Disgraceful to send someone away with an almost flat tire. More
