Our Service Manager, Tia, was AMAZING! From start to finish she was hands on and so thorough. Such a pleasant surprise from our experience with the Schumacher. We swore we’d never do business at this location, but since Schumacher is no longer involved and Penske is now running shop we are once again lifelong customers of Mercedes.
